Agreement

By signing in or using PageStatus (“the service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Use of the service

We provide a status page and uptime monitoring tool. You may use it for your projects and monitors in line with these terms and with applicable law. You are responsible for the URLs you add and for the content of your status page.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service to:

• Violate any law or third-party rights
• Monitor URLs you are not authorized to check
• Overload or abuse our systems (e.g. excessive requests)
• Impersonate others or distribute malware

We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have breached these terms.

Account and data

You keep ownership of your data. We process it as described in our Privacy policy. You can request deletion of your account and data by contacting us.

Payments

If we offer paid plans, payment terms (billing, refunds, cancellation) will be stated at signup or on the pricing page. Payments may be processed by Stripe; Stripe’s terms apply to payment processing.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that uptime checks will always be accurate or on time. We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service beyond what is required by law.

Changes

We may change these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. We will post the current version on this page.
